Hi I have got offers from Rakuten symphony and JP morgan. Which is better company for Java Backend developers with 8 years expirience?

How do people deal with being told that their job application isn't being considered further because they don't meet MINIMUM requirements for the job... for a job where they were confidently above the minimum bar.

I know I sound really entitled right now but I guess I'm just surprised and a little shocked... I know I may not be the BEST candidate who applied but to not meet minimum requirements is a complete surprise to me.

Guess I'm just feeling pretty shit about myself right about now.

As a millennial, I'm scared of the Gen Z kids entering my company at the moment. They make me feel old already.

What is the starting salary for a senior TM consultant in Walldorf, Germany?

Has anyone here experienced rapid growth of a small company (circa 15 ppl)? Company I'm at for 5 years now is launching saas based multitenant insurance software, we have couple of companies already licenced and lots of leads from insurance expo, demo meetings scheduled. My question is - what are the signs that rapid growth will/won't happen? Any advice from someone who happened to experience similar situation?

Is it ok to work for 5.5L annual package with 3 years of ITSM experience.

How difficult is a Square interview. i have heard it is different from other companies. Do they ask leetcode and do they ask system design. where would interview difficulty rank among Faang. Same difficulty as amazon or higher?

Went from unpaid intern to contract, my boss didn’t pay me very much the whole year about $600 even though I worked on multiple UX projects. He promised me work with companies the whole time and didn’t deliver and was hard to get a hold of. I got an offer 6 figures and told him I was leaving. He suddenly wants me to work on his stalled projects after months of not submitting the materials 4 days before work. In the long run, he is a good contact but I no longer want to be a doormat.

I'm a stay at home dad with 5 years of network experience making 107k and have a bad case of imposter syndrome. My current job has great benefits and hours which allow me to watch the kids while the spouse is at work, and work when they get home. Am I extremely lucky or being taken advantage of? I have no certs, but I have experience with a wide variety of network equipment and a Bachelors.

Hello all! (1) What's Google's post-interview process like?

Just finished interviewing with team, was then contacted by the recruiter for a quick-call within an hour after the last interview. I wasn't free so pushed it another day. (2) Is this too fast to get contacted - meaning rejection and feedback? (3) If fortunately not, is pushing for a start-date of 3 months later from offer date (due to personal reasons) a reasonable ask?

If someone schedules a meeting at 5 on a Friday, it should be an ethics violation!

What are some things you guys wish you knew before you started your NetSuite implementation?

I’m at a small company that’s sort of becoming medium sized, and a new exec pushing to quickly implement NetSuite and I just want to make sure we’re not getting in over our heads, he’s trying to get this done within two months

We currently use Salesforce, quick books, and excel, we’ll be consolidating a lot of accounting and finance stuff into netsuite and integrating it with Salesforce
