Rich, homemade, gelatinous turkey stock, leftover turkey, an old leek wanting to be used, cabbage, celery with leaves, leftover peas, frozen mixed veg, broccolini stems, leftover egg noodles, leftover turkey gravy. Added a splash of fish sauce for taste.

First attempt at a beef Wellington. I was aiming for rare but went 5-10 degrees over. Baked at 400f for ~45 minutes until it read internal 95f then rested for an hour which carry over cooked to ~130. Will pull at 80-85 next time!

So, i had a couple of drinks in our local K-Town and wandered into a cooking store (one of my favorite things to do). I found this box of fancy-looking, bubble wrapped charcoal and impulse bought it.

I’ve cooked on it twice and it barely gets consumed, which is weird. So I sent the website through Google translate and it appears ive been burning home decor?
