What’s the best (ideally bigger name) iOS / mobile consultancy (not an agency)? Client has a team and needs a code review + team to help understand / solve code issues.
Digital Bowl happy hour today at 20:00 CEST, 14:00 EST. Would be great to see you! 😊 (Details in the comment)
Anyone feel like the pandemic and made our jobs as digital consultants more efficient and attractive?
I saw some posts asking changing from SE to PO/agile coach/... role. I just made it recently to a PO role. I’d be happy to share my experience and learn from others. Perhaps we can have a happy hour this weekend for the discussion? I’m based in Germany so I’d propose 20:00 Germany,14:00 New York. Both Saturday and Sunday are fine for me :)
What are some examples of exit opportunities for a software engineer in consulting? I don’t necessarily want to move into a SE role at a tech firm. I enjoy a lot of the people aspects of my role - agile coaching etc.
What exactly does Deloitte Digital do? Never felt like I had a handle on what's covered under that umbrella.
Do tech/STEM focused MBAs help transition into product or technical product roles in the industry? And do consultants exit to any industry or just ones they have done engagements in?
Any advice on transitioning from software engineering to digital strategy? Is PO a good first step? I’ve been trying to get into more diverse work but struggling to get out of coding projects and pitch myself differently, despite past experience and trainings.
Whats the salary differences between a consultant in digital and strategy for the same career level in MBB (ie McK digital, BCG digital ventures)?
Why do tech people like Stratecherry so much? I don’t find it particularly insightful. Am I missing something?
What firms lead customer experience? Seems like a speciality out of big 4 consulting and tech firms can’t keep up.
Topic: Blockchain as a secure method of e-voting in the general election. Am I wrong? (Of course acknowledging the work to stand up such a system & resistance from parties who try & steal elections.)
Just started at McKinsey as a designer, feeling overwhelmed by my colleagues who seem to be like the smartest people in the world. Is this a normal feeling?
I’m interested in learning more about AWS but am overwhelmed quickly because they have like 8000000000000 products. Any recommendations for a non tech person to get started?
I have a product manager job offer at a fintech company on hold due to Covid-19... Any guidance on certifications to get in case this falls through? Scrum product owner? SQL?
Question about staffing. For projects that have no signature but are very likely to execute (80-90%), is your organization willing to risk staffing and kick the project off? (I.e pipeline projects).
