I don’t know anything about your situation beyond what is posted here. But in my experience, when something happens to the same person multiple times, it’s typically them, not the world around them.
Ghosting people at the finals stages of an interview is BS. Full stop. That’s obviously not you. But someone making it that far and failing to secure a job sounds like it may be something you are doing. It feels like a leap to jump all the way to the race card in tech, where I see an insane amount of diversity compared to other fields.

During the interview ask if you are interviewing for an open role, ideally a strategic hire. Unfortunately, there are some bad practices out there, and companies are screening and putting you on a holding pattern.
What do you mean by “I have been gaslit with the results of the interview process.” ? You mean the interviewer tries to make you doubt your own perception of the interview and your own memory of the interaction? And this has happened 4 times? I don’t understand what that looks like.

Seems like you are pointing the finger without taking full accountability yourself. Example, using the word gaslit, that means to manipulate someone into doubting their own sanity or reality. Not getting a job is not being gaslit. Try taking a hard look at yourself and see what your part is.
