How is your companies health insurance? I feel like ours is getting worse. With the new year I got a new value plan and it’s not as good as last years.

What is your company's PTO carryover policy? At my company, we can carryover 5 days but have to use it by the end of March. I wish we had an option to have it paid out instead.

How did you know when it was time to move roles? I don't feel challenged in my current role and its a little unfulfilling, but its a good paying spot so I am a bit conflicted.
