With things as they are, anybody have favorite delivery or pick-up spots for dinners? Cooking is fun but starting to get repetitive!
LA Dining Club
Hi! I can’t edit the original invitation post but our first meet up is cancelled. Very disappointed to not be able to make it happen but given the state of affairs, it is best to comply (contd)
Anyone else think you're better off going to a restaurant than a grocery store? Went out for dinner the other night and there wasn't a soul in the place. No waiting either. e10 DT gets a thumbs up
Hi all! Our first meet up event is live! Cant wait to meet you all. 🙂. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/fb-la-dining-club-tickets-98749503423
Hi everyone! Gonna send our first meet up invite later tonight. I’m finalizing arrangements with the restaurant. Stay tuned!
Zam Zam Market in Hawthorne, off of Inglewood. If you are a fan of chicken biryani and of Pakistani/Indian food in general, you do NOT want to miss this place!
The Burrow in DTLA makes a stellar sandwich. One of the few places I've seen that imports jamon iberico. Very cool lounge, tucked away in a basement with no cell service, to enjoy a drink in peace at.
President Thai in Pasadena. WOW!! Gives some of the Thai Town joints a run for their money! Highly, highly recommend.
Hi everyone! As promised, the survey is here. It’s only 7 questions short. I hope you are all as excited as I am.
Best Viet/pho spots? I had found my own gem before moving from SF Bay area, but now need a new watering hole. Only place I have been is Little Sister. Very good but not sure pho is their specialty
Hi everyone! Thank you for indulging me in this idea. I’m planning to send out a survey tomorrow to see what/when/where is the best time to do a meet up. I’m shooting for mid-March. V excited!
This is high on my list of places to check out next. Birria is truly a hidden gem in Mexican cuisine!
Anyone know of K bbq “happy hours” or other cheap but good bbq options in Ktown +/- 1 neighborhood? They have them in The Bay but want to find one here.
