What's your biggest 'aha!' moment in your engineering career? Realizing the problem wasn't the part - it was the assembly method. Changed my whole mindset.

What's a common engineering "rule" you disagree with or break often? For me, its that everything needs to be fully constrained in CAD - I like some flexibility during iteration.
