I'm finding that so many companies list openings, but then when I reach out, they're suddenly not hiring. I just wasted an hour of my time applying to several places, only to discover that just two were actively recruiting, and one of those isn't even starting its hiring process for another two weeks. Am I the only one experiencing this?

In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.
Will that be sufficient to save tax or Do I need to have a sip of 12000 per month to save tax.

How do I get a job as a Mechanical Engineer if I dont have experience?

I couldn’t get an internship while in school. I have a BS in ME and projects from school under my belt. I’ve also passed the FE exam. I’ve been mostly just doing CAD for a company for the last year by creating minimally dimensioned drawings and moving parts around in assemblies. I want to evolve in my career and be doing more. I worked so hard to earn my degree and I feel like I’m not even using it. But who will hire me?
