Looking for jobs abroad as a ME design engineer. Does anybody have experience looking while in the states? My friends state I should just move to a place then apply but the risk there I'm uncomfortable with. I'm open to moving to most places.

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.
