How do you handle getting blamed for something that‘s not your fault? The (more senior) other associate on my team botched a brief but the partner blames me even though I didn’t write it

Hi, So at the DA’s office, all our cases were automatically updated in an internal system that told us the next-on date and purpose, etc. Great for org.! Is there a private practice equivalent service
I understand this is an afterthought, but have firms started thinking what they’re going to do about summer associates if this coronavirus quarantine stretches into June? Hoping they won’t drop us..?
Random: I wonder if there are any lawyers at these offices who feel ill but are not disclosing anything to avoid the stigma of being “patient zero” in their firm.
Is anyone considering leaving the city? I am tempted to get out of here before this situation becomes dire and we end up quarantined in our small apartments for weeks.
Associates in big firms, how fast are your coronavirus rumor mills churning? Associates here are indignant that we are not WFH and rumors abound about an unnamed person in NYC office under quarantine.
