I am filling up an application form for apartments. I have attached their request. Are they asking for my bank account to show 3x the annual market rent? So if the monthly rent is $3,000, annual is $36,000. So am I supposed to show $108,000 in my bank account? Or does this also include investments (HYSA, mutual funds, etc.). Irrespective seems like an unusually high amount.
