One thing I’ve noticed across strong businesses.
They communicate fewer ideas, more consistently.
Weak companies constantly reposition themselves. Strong ones deepen conviction.

What’s the word on platinum equity? Is the shop still sweaty? Has culture improved? Have a call with them soon.

Has anyone left MBB for a value creation role at a growth equity firm? Pros and cons? Curious because they don’t have full control over their PortCos
