They asked for all documents for releasing offer letter. After uploading that, they sent BGV links which was completed way back in April. Now its June, still i am waiting for Offer Letter. Recruiter not receiving calls! Ghosted by the firm or these things happen at the firm regularly? Wipro

No one is. Lots of talk, not much action, beyond basic productivity stuff like copilot

We’re building agentic workflows using multiple tools (including copilot) to enhance CSP productivity across all service lines (professional services). Also have purchased off the shelf AI solutions for some specific service offerings. We’re also building AI agents in copilot studio to augment CSP workers… In a portco.
Why be specific when buzz words sound so cool??
We've applied it at enterprise level but varies across portco's depending on their business nature and setup.
CommEx wise - pricing, assortment & promotion analytics with AI, automated agentic workflows for sales & GTM teams, workflows personalized for offers & comms, CS analytics and marketing content support.
OpEx wise - plenty of industry 4.0 AI applications from digital twins for plants & warehouses, procurement spend analytics, predictive maintenance, yield analytics, agentic workflows for service ops and automated triaging & SBR.
Human cap wise - bit less but mostly around interview reviews, org health analytics, sentiment analytics from eSAT surveys, agentic workflows for HR ops processes.
There's a bunch around software engineering with sprint planning, user prototyping, coding and quality reviews that are already at scaling mode. Across the org there's a ton of agentic workflows automation possible across finance, IT and procurement.
Not all portco's will apply all this above. Tailored and sequenced depending on which yields the most earnings returns.
for us budgets for any of these investments always sit at the portco level. we would rarely ever take any at the platform level
