Does anyone have friends at AT Kearney? Came across a couple of profiles of people being promoted every 5-8 months. Is that a regular promotion cycle for them?
Has any special education teacher left the classroom to go into admin work? Did you miss working one-to-one with the kids daily?
Consulting Quote for the Big 4- "The top 33% quit, the bottom 33% get fired and the middle 34% slug it out and go on to become PPDs".
What kind of interview questions does a recruiter ask vs a creative director? What’s the biggest difference? Just got into the industry so need a bit of help prepping for interviews, thanks!
What if the entire consultant and analyst pool goes on a strike and asks for a Conalyst Union with a lot of reasonable demands in a company like Accenture? Is this scenario even possible?
Friends, I’m asking for prayers for my father. He’s had an aneurysm and is in the ICU. He has a brain bleed that is increasing and in a difficult location for treatment. I am asking for prayers that the doctors may stop the bleeding and reach the source to treat it. My Dad is such a wonderful loving man with so much more to give this world. Please please pray for him
Where / in what position should I be at the ripe age of 27? I'm in media buying and struggling to understand if I'm doing well or not.
I am looking for a flow chart tool that is also dynamic. Like a tool that asks for user input at decision points and goes in a certain direction or path based on what the user selects. Does that exist?
There is no reason to take your foot off the gas. Leadership thinks it’s done enough because it put out a video about D&I headed by a Karen. Diversity still means white woman or Indian male. Continue to agitate. Document what your PPMD / leadership/ firm have promised about diversity & what they’ll do to support Black & African American employees. If they put out a 12 month roadmap, make sure you’re there 12 months + 1 day later holding them accountable to what was promised.
Been hell of a year so far. Sort of bittersweet. Lost my job a few months back. Laid off the first time. But my net worth is all time high. And not only that, this has been the fastest increase. 401k up 40% this year. Personal brokerage up 40%. And just refinanced at 2.5. Not sure whether to be sad or happy. Guess will go with happy for now.

Recently exited to corporate as a manager in a strategy role. The place is great, but I realize I don't have dedicated folks to make slides for me similar to consulting, and end up making quite few on my own (which is not the most efficient - since it has been a while since I made slides e2e with the formatting et. al). When one tends to apply consulting rigor into the process - this can get quite time consuming. Anyone else face this? How did you handle it?
acn folks, so I heard that if you have certain hot skills or certificatation you get a special bonus...how do we know what these skills are in our dte? I'm in digital btw..
