I have 3 offers, all in range of 21-25 lpa (Nokia, Cerner, Infosys) but I don't wanna settle below 30 as I'm already underpaid in my current org. Now the question is, should I put down my paper based on these offers or wait for better companies. My notice period is 90 days.

Hi guys, just want to drop some gems about choosing a therapist. I’ve had seven. Please make sure you focus on what it is you want to gain from therapy, how engaging you want your therapist to be, their experience in treating someone with your background. I personally like empathy and honesty. In the past I had a therapist who I felt was reading from CBT/DSM text book. I’ve also had one who laughed at me and one who was very cold. Continue ⬇️

This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. I’m curious is anyone else having difficulties play some candidates like this? At this point I’m starting to think it’s racial or her sex based of the lack of interest in this candidate.
