Read a recent article on the WSJ, that companies will tell you, there is no work / home balance, expect to work 70 hours per week. If you can’t handle it, don’t apply. Is this actually a thing?

Listened to this podcast yesterday, and would love to hear middle/upper management’s opinion on how AI is replacing entry level jobs, and what that will mean for companies in the future. As a 2022 grad, i… more

I have a coworker who keeps spouting comparative odds and situations in regards to the safety of the vaccine. Such as: you're twice as likely to get hit by lightening than have blod clots from JJ. Hi! I started at a new company 2 months ago and while I’m really enjoying my job so far, I’m having a hard time gauging whether or not I’m doing a “good job.” My role seems to be always evolving, which is fine and I actually enjoy being a support to the greater marketing team, but I feel like I need better defined targets to make sure I’m meeting expectations. Also, when I ask my boss what they’d like to see, I don’t ever get a clear answer. (Cont’d in comments)
