CW1... just coz you start with the phrase “not to be snarky” and say something absolutely snarky right after, doesn’t make it any less snarky. It’s pretty much the equivalent of saying “no offense” and there’s a100% chance of saying something offensive.
RGA as an org is crazy sexist! So her presence has done zero to help women. She gets a ton of press though.

OP diversifying a department isn’t enough. It has to be the entire agency or you are just dropping more women and POC into a super discriminatory environment. They will leave quickly! That’s why 3% bugs the shit out of me. They only talk about diversity in the Creative dept not the entire agency/ industry.

Anyway I can't answer the original question. But I can point you to Chloe (and many many others') current initiative at TimesUpAdvertising.com, where it appears things are actually starting to take shape a bit. They're kicking things off with a 14-city industry-wide discussion forum. If you want to attend I'm sure you'll be able to find some of the answers you're looking for. Call it what you want, but seems much more action than propaganda to me.
Full disclosure I'm an R/GA employee. I hear plenty of Chloe's rah rah, so I was skeptical too. But, it seems to me that this is a step in the right direction.
The only thing RGA is good at is self-promotion.
