I’ve been on maternity leave since Jan 2025. I received a negligible hike in Dec 2024, and nothing in the June 2025 cycle — my variable pay also remains unchanged.
I have 6.5 yrs of experience as Senior automation tester. Should I resign, take a sabbatical and then look for work opportunities?

Just on boarding, who will evaluate your performance and how do they know how you performed if you are not working directly with them？ I assume we will work on different clients throughout the year instead of a fixed team？

International tax senior associate- Deloitte

I have an interview with Deloitte next week for senior associate Internacional tax in California. How much salary I should expect? I am sure this question will come up and I don't want to underbelly myself. Currently I am a senior at other Big4.

Does anyone else feels like the job market today is like the 2013 Real Estate Market? It is a buyer’s market. It’s saturated with jobs, but no one wants to work. And recruits are not taking advantage of the ones who want to work.

Is the appraisal done?

Have opportunity to work in my firm’s London satellite office for about a year and a half, and then come back to NY headquarters. In good standing with firm and have M&A and capital markets experience. Did not start traveling abroad until my bar trip (did not grow up with the money for trips like that) and think it would be a good personal and professional experience. Any thoughts / advice?
