Accenture joining delayed twice — “tool glitch”? Anyone else facing this?

Was supposed to join by end of this week. Two days prior, HR pushed it to Monday citing a “tool glitch” on their end. Now saying it could slip a bit further if unresolved.

Anyone else hit this “tool glitch” reason for delayed joining recently? Trying to figure out if it’s a genuine system issue (onboarding/BGV tool down) or something else like a headcount hold. Would appreciate hearing how it played out for others

During the pandemic I dove into my self care (found a therapist, learned I was having seizures and got on meds for that). My journey has been difficult and not pretty to watch.
