Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

SC1 of the new MDs, one was Indian and the other Hispanic. WMP is making a genuine effort to add more diversity at the management level; the issue is that everyone is fighting for that talent at the moment.
As far as pay, they've made adjustments to be more competitive. Average manager pay here is 150K, which I think is extremely fair considering the wlb and esop addition.

Their M&A practice is fantastic. Everything else.... is interchangeable with a Big4.
They don’t stand a chance in CPG and TMT sectors though, which are best exits spot consulting (speaking from experience)
Depends on what you are looking for - great and growing firm, upper mid clients. People and leadership tend to be very transparent and fun. Pay has increased significantly at all levels last few years (despite some posts on here). Tenure is rewarded, very strong HLS, Energy and Utilities, M&A practice.
I mean, sure?

Higher at lower levels, lower at higher levels.
Anyone know what the range would be for someone say 3 YoE within the Energy Practice? I’ve seen people go there and like it and was just curious about salary at whatever they call one level above entry level
I was post MBA, yeah.
