I Received Eclerx offer for Morgan Stanley client for Mainframe technology, Can someone suggest is it good decision to join eclerx? What is bench policy ? Are they having mainframe projects?

I believe they do not have much mainframe projects, as far as this opening is concerned it is specific to Morgan stanley requirement.

As long as project stays you stay but as far as I know eclerx is growing its strength for this project.. which is good news.. hope so it grows then nothing like it.

Being on beach is not a good position where one can be. But this is client related requirement so be rest assure you are already tagged to project. I have got insights that there is atleast 2-3 yrs work in queue.

Yes same they told me that we are expanding mainframe leg so we are hiring bench as well, my selection is for project , I will not be on bench. My YOE is 9.10 years so at this moment doing experiment is not worth.

In any company just like u shared,if your project closed , you will be put on notice period.
Currently I am in that situation,
Joined an org. For eclerx's project.
That project ramp down or due to some budget prblm - they release me & another teammate from the same Parent company.
Now I am looking somewhere else so be careful bro.
Note - I also joined with the thoughts & as my Parent company said...that yeah it's eclerx's project n it will be gone the whole year.

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.
