Manager says he will retain me with same package as he wants me to work in project.
Please suggest should I accept the offer or ask for over and above or don't accept.

Feeling bummed - had an Interview (1st round) with Spotify UK for an Associate PM role. Didn't get to the 2nd round. Then had an interview with Revolut for a PO role. Failed the 3rd stage. Do you have someone in your office/group that you just loathe? They’ve only been on good projects with strong project teams since they’ve started. I’ve gone to them for help in the past via a partners suggestion but came to find out they’ve had their hand held the whole time. How do you get past feeling jealous and annoyed because you work your ass off and are supposedly a top performer but still get put on shit projects with no help? Is it really just time to walk? Do folks charge a kill fee for bookings on freelance gigs? For example, a client books you for two months on a project, signs contract, but either the project dies before it starts or after 6 weeks, the project goes another direction and they don't keep you on for the remaining time. Figure if you are being available for the project, you are owed something. Sort of like retainer, but not a retainer.
