I am not in my 50s. Early 40s. I feel like I’m slacking on prioritizing my needs thinking about the “carrot” a head of me…. But it’s dwindling. I don’t want to get to this point. What were your warning signs that got you here?

I am not quite 50, but I think the hardest part will be detangling yourself and self perception from the role. Do you plan to keep working or retire? I think know you have a next step to look forward to it will make the transition more exciting.

What is everyone's views on MBA's? I'm looking at man roles, especially MBB but am not able to get in due to lack of an MBA.
