One of the most recommended things is raffles or contests with premium incentives from your brand, why? Well, not all of your community has access to premium things and they will surely work hard to have something.
Have you tried practicing raffles during live performances? You promote it with publications and you do the contest or raffle during a live, this allows the draw to be transparent and the community to be more aware of the brand.
We began to equate people who like our publications who are always aware of what is new to show and thanks to that we began to give away gift cards from our store, without saying anything in our feed, people began to post that I was being rewarded for just being part of the community. Obviously, everything grew even more.
Referral codes are one of my favorite incentives, but really the best incentive depends on the strategy you use and the goal you have.
Some good incentives that have been successful in the past are things like giveaways, extra content for people who engage more, or exclusive opportunities for people who participate more in the community. It's important to find something that will be appealing to your community and that will also fit with your overall goals for the community.
We have tried to get fancy with it, but the best incentives have always been product and Amazon gift cards.
