Age biased?

Is it me or does every Ad/Creative/Branding Agency seem age biased. I look at their About page staff photos and almost all of them are under 30. Only the principals seem over 40. This seems like a systemic problem or is that the nature of the industry now? I feel like this is real problem.

During my tenure at TCS, I hadn't linked Aadhaar with UAN because the aadhaar mandate was happening around the time of my resignation.. After resigning from TCS, I took a 3 year break from my job for personal reasons.
In the meantime, EPFO had migrated most of the processes from offline to online.
Then i joined EY where I was told that it was my responsibility to link aadhaar with UAN.
Further, I can't see any entry from EY in my PF passbook. I can see the TCS entry but can't mark my exit.

Heard a lot about ordinarys products. Any specific profuct that you swear by?
