Do you think it’s bad form/ unprofessional to flip badges when a contract is lost? I’m not sure if it’s just leadership bullying, but they’re discouraging staff to take other offers from the winning company.

Any recommendations on smart thermostats that you love and enjoy? I would need to replace 3 thermostats in our home so looking for best value. They asked me to share the documents , but they didn't share the offer letter, it's been 1 week already.
Do they take time in releasing offer letters generally , or am I rejected already ?

Also, they mentioned 5% engagement bonus , and 8% annual bonus, do they give full amount , or some part of it.

How much an average candidate can expect from these bonus ?
