TCS offered me 21 LPA and I got counter offer for 29LPA. Only 4 days left for my DOJ. When I dropped mail to my recruiter, they asked to share the counter offer and my expectations. After that no response from their end for the past 2 days. Mean time I have received pre joining formalities mail from TCS. If TCS is not matching the offer, I decided to ignore TCS as the salary difference is huge. Can I proceed with pre joining formalities with TCS or wait for HR to respond?
