Any advice for someone in a non-product centric organization where stakeholders seem to pawn off all responsibility/work to the product team instead of taking ownership? Ex: when assigned tasks to complete, the stakeholder holds their hand out and wait for all the relevant information/training/documentation to be resolved by product team as opposed to working collaboratively. AITA?

Have you tried to establish a RACI? If not, I think it would be a good exercise to list everything you’re doing and highlight where you would like to switch responsibilities.
If anything, even if they still want you to remain responsible, then at least they will see the amount of work you are doing which will also help when you have to push back because you don’t have the bandwidth or when it’s a lower priority.

I have work back schedules and 1-n lists. So im basically acting as a product and project manager. For 3 products if I might add lol. But yeah, I definitely need to push back! Thanks for letting me know about RACI, will look into it!
