I have such a bad anxiety at work
I am, and it is very difficult sometimes. I easily absorb other people's emotions if I'm not careful, and I find that I need longer breaks to let my nervous system calm down sometimes. I try to make time to be quiet (in nature if at all possible), practice deep breathing exercises, write about my feelings, and accept myself the way I am. Being a HSP is challenging, but I also know that it makes me better at caring for others, listening carefully, and understanding things in a deeper way sometimes. It's not all bad, but it is definitely exhausting at times for sure.

How do you classify yourself as HSP? What’s the criteria?
You're welcome. Hopefully, it's helpful. There is also a great book about HSPs and lots of resources online - blogs, podcasts, etc. Even if you don't think you are highly sensitive, you may benefit from some of it because you are quite sensitive.

It happens, we are born like this. I also get anxious about small things. Trying to improve.trying many ways.
