I have my schedule cards made on a google slide. I made cards for every possible thing we might do- each part of our day and one card that says “special event”, which I use for assemblies and field day, etc. I put them in a pocket chart and as we go through the day, I flip them over when we are done and moving on to the next part of our day. I set the cards up each afternoon before I go home for the next day. The order I put the cards in may change sometimes, but I don’t have a need to write the times on them. I used to have a set of cards that had a little clock on the side of it to write the times on, but I don’t need to do that in Pre-K. One of my coworkers types schedule up on a google slide and projects it on the board.

Maybe putting your schedule on an anchor chart or poster for each day and if possible laminating them and rotating through the different days?? I’ve done something similar when our specials used to rotate depending on the day - a horrific way to schedule specials lol
