We're looking for a Senior AD who wants to produce lots of TV with crazy talented writers, a great REMOTE work-life balance and very few layers. You'll have access to C level daily. Most briefs are one, sometimes two teams and you'll produce what gets bought. Sound good?
If so please send your CV to Jsimotics@digobrands.com.

Cold emailing all the way!
yeah your best bet is an internal transfer considering how the global market is. but PM me - i do have a couple of leads in europe. specifically berlin and amsterdam
Been there. Done that. Unless you can get in as a CD as a full time employee with an agency who will sponsor you the money will be half what you make here and the hours are nuts. Aim high when you choose the agency.
I've looked into it a bit, and know a few people who've done it.
in my opinion Amsterdam, Paris, Germany are your best options. London pays like shit.
you could try cold emailing. a CD from AKQA should have enough clout to get emails open.
or look for recruiters in Europe. or American recruiters who deal with Europe. Sasha Martens used to tell me about European jobs a lot, but I haven't talked to him in years.
or maybe ask about a transfer??
Sasha martens is still good. I know Mathieu Ritter does recruiting across Europe as well, but afaik he's only looking for Berlin right now.
Germany has a lot of great agencies, depending on what you're interested in. Most big and good ones sit in Hamburg but Berlin is growing a lot and is arguably more international. AMA if you like
true but the bigger agencies will hire people who don't. depends on the account though. in Berlin chances are higher
