Any of the physicians here successfully landed a utilization review job recently?
It seems to me these jobs are impossible to get these days mostly because of massive gate-keeping of a small group of physicians that think they can exploit this search. Back when I just graduated from residency I had several offers on this kind of jobs at least every couple of months. Now, with these little "clubs" and Physician "coaching" businesses it's impossible to any pair of eyes on your CV.
