What is the LTI bench policy, how much time can an employee be on bench is it 90 or 120 days in business/industry consulting?

I got an offer from epam but confused whether it’s epam systems or anywhere.
Could someone let me know who has joined epam anywhere recently if their offer has epam anywhere mentioned in it?
Salary has only fixed as HR mentioned that bench policy is revised on. Work location mentioned is also remote.

Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

Is there any bench policy in amdocs. My project will end in january. What will happen after that?

I had HR round today for TCS, Everything was ok until HR offer salary, offering 11.5 for 4 yoe in automation testing, Current package is 7.65. I have said ok and she said i will receive offer letter in 7-10 days but i am not convinced with that offer.
I am thinking to reject that as it is very low and i can't put papers based on that low of a package.

Hi Fishes, I joined LTI on 21st Nov as Specialist- Product Engineering. While HR discussion, hr told me that this for LTI product FOSFOR. After joining one person gave me assignment on java+react js, which I completed and shown to them. Now they said your RM will get you a project.. Is it that now they are not considering me for products? In iprofile it shows project name as ABAS but manager name as RM name. Can someone help me?
