Any tips on maintaining self-worth/dignity/sense of fairness…with the amount of chasing required for ghosting recruiters/talent people/ECDs these days to even get responses let alone some work?

(For context, I’m not hounding at an annoying rate and the above are people I’ve met/know well enough that it feels rude. They’re warm enough leads it’d be self-harming to cut them loose or call it out. Don’t want to be soft, but it’s hard to keep your head held high, y’know?)

Although, I am happy with my current position as a respiratory therapist, there seems to be not a lot career growth with where the department I currently work in within my healthcare system.
