An editor who lives a mile from the office could still be best suited doing their job from home?
They could be considered “hybrid” and come to office as needed but could easily work from home.
Did anyone go to any of the training sessions?
None have been scheduled yet at my agency
You need training sessions to work in an office or work remotely? Tell me IPG micromanages without telling me
I went to a training session today. This is going to be interesting. All the senior people who have young kids have a good gig with WFH. At least there are no in office mandates like other holding co’s.
Yeah it seems like the default is “hybrid” (that’s how I was hired—living and working in NY), but for IPGHealth that will mean coming in whenever there’s like a client meeting or something. It WONT mean 3 days per week in office. I can see folks with young kids trying to apply for fully remote even if they are “commutable.”
