I got an offer from a company recently acquired by Thoma Bravo, as in the ink just dried a few months ago.
It’s a Director level position, I’m excited about it, but I’m also concerned about the risk since the internet says that TB lays off 10-15% and slashes benefits, bonus and what not.
The job would be a 20% bump or so on salary, bonus and long term cash is much higher than current TC. Should I be afraid to make this jump?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? 8 hours or 10 hours for videographer? We have our photographer for 8, but the additional 2 hours for the videographer to do 10 is only $300 more so thinking we might as well go for 10… Planning to do a first look and want footage of getting ready through to reception but also have heard you don’t need them to stay for too much of the reception as it also kind of looks the same after a while?
