I have received an email from HR that you have been selected at citi and asking to send few documents like id, salary slip,few other forms that need to filled and scanned. It does not have compensation offered in any of the attached document. Can you help when they will release compensation offered part? What will be the further process? Will they call me and discuss? How does it go in citi?

What is the best time of the year to be in the notice period?

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

Hi fishes, in last 2 months I got at least 10 rejections and 0 offers.
I am looking for a new job. I am working for a Google Cloud project in HCL Technologies. I am currently handling order management and deal strategy for CPQ deals, SaaS deals. I also have experience in using SAP, Oracle EBS Prod tools along with billing and collections.
