Get the low fat ground beef (I get 93/7 available in my area) and make into taco meat. Can make taco salad, low carb tortillas, etc
Roast chicken over the weekend and add it to meals through the week. Salad, fried rice, pasta, soup etc.

I do a huge crackpot of chicken breasts cut unto sections. Shred at least half. ( I often do 3/4 to all). Wrap both shredded and unshredded in serving sizes. Label if sizes vary. Put them all in a freezer bag.
Pulls out and defrosted quickly. You can find low carb high protein tortillas and make tacos, put it in salads, mix with high protein pasta and marinara sauce. Eat non shredded with or without a topping with veggies.
If I want roasted, I just buy them at the grocery store already done.
Good culture cottage cheese. So good for you and tastes way better than any other cottage cheese I’ve ever had. I blend it and add it to pasta sauces. If you add a bit of milk and blend with an immersion blender it’s a great substitute for heavy cream. I like it sweet too, will add sunflower seeds, berries and honey
