My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive

In 5 yoe, you're getting Manager role. I think the offers are pretty decent. Package also seems fine to me.
Congrats Buddy! Please share your experience which helped you to become PM in short duration.
From a growth perspective, would recommend going with the Meesho offer, they are ramping up nicely and you would grow alongside them no matter the org. In flipkart, while the business will be more stable and your position and responsibilities well defined, you'd not see exponential growth. Razorpay is a good company but at the end of the day, it is a payment gateway and the product offerings are limited so you maybe restricting yourself in the level of impact you can create. All the best!
Thanks for sharing your perspective...
Hi Fishes
Could you please Give me 11 votes so that I can unlock the account
What is the base?
This split is for meesho?
I think you should think about what you want in a company apart from CTC like WLB, tech stack, domain, role they are offering, culture, location, WFH. This may help you narrow down the options.
what's your current organization & CTC?
Can you share some tips how you got Offers from so many companies?
Have you done MBA?
Truly inspiring
Can't reveal current org...but currentt CTC is 25 LPA + ESOPS...no I haven't done any MBA...can't suggest any tips because I myself haven't prepared for a single interview...
Hey do let me know if they have more requirements, I have similar experience includes agile experience too
Go for Flipkart or Meesho
Thanks for sharing your perspective...
Meesho as its growing pretty fast hence you can scale for promotions too . I have been trying myself for meesho
Do tell if you could refer thanks
Thanks for sharing your perspective...I cant refer right now
@OP what all roles were you in throughout the 5 years? and how Prod Man occurred to you? As u didn't do an MBA
I don't specialize in any technology...but I can discuss at great with developers in tech discussions and have general design and product sense
Hey mate, these all sounds good. I think the product maturity and growth aspects matter the most. Meesho seems to have a lot more areas to grow from my perspective and hence can take that.. but, also deepends on whether you want to learn more or want to give more..
Btw, I am also a product manager with 10 years of experience, can you recommend my profile there. The offer sounds atractive and I am looking for a change. Don't like much the IT service industry and want to switch to product based..
I'm on a similar state. 8 YOE, about 2 years in products but specific to SC
I have an offer from O9 but it seems low, looking for negotiation tips
50L for 5YOE is amazing
Wow!
Being in retail i would have gone for Flipkart
Just imagine the screw up on Work Like Balance coming with package 😜
Doesn't razorpay have 6 days work week?
Congratulations for all of the opportunities🎊💐,
I will suggest since the packages are quite same in all, You should look up for more Learning opportunities & WLB.
Also would like to know what all skills is being required for being in Product management 🤗
I started with a Coursera course in PM but need exposure in the real life.
Will be great if you or someone reading it can help me out with the set of skills required & mentorship will be icing on the cake 🍰
Congratulations once again.
I don't think I am in a position to mentor someone...skills you can focus on problem-solving, product sense, technical understanding of SAAS Products, and stakeholder management...
there must be some specialized exp to get 50 lpa at mere 5 yoe.
Look at some job posting on angel.co i think they have higher offers for similar role at foreign companies. If that doesn't work out then i think go by what the comment section is suggesting as i don't have much experience in any of these companies.
Thanks
Are you from one of the IITs/NITs?
No I am not...why?
Can you tell us each of the independent offers in detail. Or, each of them is offering you the same?
