They used to be a European flavored consulting firm gaining ground on the Deloittes and Accentures of the world. They fell hard after the acquisition of iGate and now are an IPP who believes that cutting is the path to profitability. They are cheap, Indian driven culture, no actual strategy and are viewed in the non Europe market as a tech implementation firm only. That means they are a commodity not a partner.

On top of all this, they have 8 consecutive quarters of decline in NA and outside of their recent acquisition of Syniti, have not made any good strategic decisions in the past 3-5 years
