I am a new associate (1 month in mid-tier firm) and I struggle to get work to fill up the whole day. In honest time, i get about 3-5 billable hours a day. All our interns in our group that needs H1B didn't get return offer. Is that a firm wide thing now? EY didn't give offers to international students? That's really sad.

Does employee level of internal referral matter at B4?

Kind of a quick rant. I did a quick search through some firms websites because I am thinking of switching jobs. It is definitely clear most firms still do not embrace diversity. I know diverse applicants must be just as qualified! So what is keeping attorneys of color out?? It’s so discouraging.

Can someone please help me how to get an offer when we have 90 days notice period? As most of the consultancies are expecting only 30 days. I wanted to move out of tcs as I'm not much comfortable with the project and team.

I have got an offer of CTC 23.25LPA +JB +RSU in Blore. And I have also got an international offer of CTC € 70000 + relocation sponsorship in a mid sized firm in Vienna, Austria.

My wife works with a CTC of 15LPA in Blore.

I am in dilemma about the option that is most suitable for me as my wife would have to quit her current job and relocate and then find another job. Is it a profitable deal to relocate to Austria?
