Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

Could you not say you are pregnant and are having difficulty with managing expectations? Being pregnant is like running a marathon every week, in terms of physical impact.
Second this. I’m currently 30 weeks pregnant and just had a breakdown because I finally am admitting that I cannot keep up with the deadlines while putting out all the mini fires that keep popping up. I’ve been struggling just trying to survive week to week but it’s really hard, so being new and pregnant would be even more challenging. If they don’t recognize this, then I’d start looking because they likely won’t give you grace when you’re juggling work and an infant.
I lateralled to a firm and struggled to meet hours the first two years. During the first year it was difficult to convince anyone to give me work (promises made that there was a very active matter I'd be brought in on didn't pan out). I did get work from people outside of my practice group (and they all liked my work/gave me great reviews), but my actual practice group basically acted like I didn't exist and I wasn't really interested in making a pivot to another type of law.
Second year, one partner in my practice group finally took a chance on me cause there was literally no one else left to tap in. By the end of that year he was adding me onto pretty much everything he had. I missed hours by 100 hours that year. When he found out I was short because other people were still acting like I didn't exist, he started actively helping me get staffed on other people's stuff. By the end of that year I was one of the top billers in the group, and everyone was writing me glowing reviews.
So it worked out for me, but only because someone was willing to actively advocate for me. If that partner hadn't been there and helped me out, I'm pretty sure I'd have been fired in the second year.
Weak in what ways?
