Anyone made a switch to another fed agency?
I currently work from home. The work is comfortable and convenient but I feel very isolated and I don't feel like I'm growing as an attorney. I'm considering moving to OPLA because I've always had an interest in immigration law, I love fast-paced environment, and it sounds like it would be a great experience. However, it would be a 1-hour commute for me. Thoughts? I feel like I'm constantly borderline depressed with my current position.

I've never really heard anything good or bad about opla, seems pretty solidly in the "it's fine" category of agencies. I'd never switch for an hour commute though. I switched to lower my commute from an hour to 15 minutes

As easy as things in the federal government are. It took them about 6 months to shift my leave balance over but the new agency was fine with advancing me leave til then when needed. It sped up the suitability background investigation
