How do you stay calm in the chaos? I find myself getting flustered when things don’t go according to the plan and it details my attention to a large extent. How do I stay organized but still embrace the chaos?

How do you deal with an ineffective, passive manager?

Hello! Will be receiving a $400 stipend from my new org for office setup. I currently have a 15” 2015 Pro, my husband has a Lenovo, I’ll be provided with a work laptop, we have a used office desk.
