I love my job and have been doing it for years. My Principal is good to me as well! The problem is...the Paraprofessionals at my school are never recognized. You have Teachers Day, Secretaries Day, Principal's Day, etc. Paraprofessional Day comes and goes at my school every year with nothing mentioned to us. I signed a car lease on 7/15. The car is ready but the dealer is still waiting for the plates to give me the car (in my state, he is not allowed to release the car with temporary plates).
