For billable hours in civil litigation and insurance defense, is 2040 hours for a 1st year associate on the high end in this field for a small or midsize firm? I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour. I have been working as a Sr BA with 3 YOE for Uber. I have the following offers

1. Zomato : Product Analyst , 21 LPA all fixed

2. Meesho: Snr. Business Analyst, 20 Fixed + 12 Esops (3yrs vesting)

3. Uber: Manager (L3) - In process (mostly they'll match to retain)

4. Google: Product Analyst - In process (I'm confident I'll have something but process would last longer, and I have will have to take a call on above 3)
