Apparently, saying 'thank you' and 'sorry' to ChatGPT is costing the company several millions. What a twisted way to tell us that the computational charges for every input of ours are high. The original promise of AI was to make communicating with machines more like communicating with humans, not the other way round. Do you use a human tone while talking to chatbots? Would you stop knowing a sepeate prompt just to thank the bot would require the same processing power?
