Are corporate employees in the entertainment industry, like those working in marketing for a record label, finance at a movie studio, or HR at a TV station, etc, well compensated in LA? I’m curious about pay for those doing typical 9-to-5 corporate roles at a media conglomerate, film studio, or record label. I've always wanted to work in entertainment but don't know too much about whether it's a lucrative career or not.

If you don’t have a CD above you and you are doing the work, do you just send it off or do you ask other creatives for their take? Seems weird to just do work and present it without a gut check from somewhere.

Just sharing that I was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia 3 days after giving birth despite not having risk factors or preeclampsia in my pregnancy. Sharing as I had absolutely no idea about this illness.

Main things to do are check your BP everyday at least the first ten days after you give birth, and go to hospital if it's very high (over 160/110). If you get severe headache or stomach ache then also be vigilant.

A backend that allows for volunteers to add their availability hours (something like Calendly integration), short bio, profile pic etc

A front end that requires users to sign up, and then lets them directly sign up with the volunteers.

I looked at Wix online booking system but you can only schedule staff by working hours. Built sites on WP before but lacking in time currently.
