How do I know my take home pay in NYC assuming zero 401K cont and no medical insurance and married filing jointly. I beleive it should be around 70 percent.

How do you get better at contract negotiations? (I’m a 4th yr. in commercial real estate) I feel like I’m generally good at pulling together an initial draft of an agreement (ex PSAs)...but I struggle when comments come back. Do you guys still use audio recorders during interviews or do you use your phones?
I personally use my phone when I'm in the streets because it's more comfortable, considering everything you have to carry on, buuut I still have my old audio recorder to make interviews in offices.
