Pivoting away from Sales: I’ve been in sales positions for 15 years, and I’m just exhausted by the role (disputing commissions, arguing about deals, all of it). I have 5+ years of experience working at a creative ad agency, but much of the work was pitch/sizzle videos (yuck).
