I have Oracle financials implemented experience but I have been on the IT audit side for several years. I would now like to brush up on my implementation skills. I would like to do this outside of my company. Any advice on where to find formal training?

Good Morning! I have an employee who’s been with us 6 weeks. Training process usually is about 8-12 weeks to be fully up to speed. This employee has already called off sick 4 days since start date. I have an am meeting block and came into 6 messages asking if this person would be working this weekend as planned, so I asked what the plan was from them. Immediate response was that I am abrasive and don’t make them feel valued. Keep in mind nothing medical was disclosed prior. What should I do?

Hi moms..I am 38 but will be 39 when third kid comes along. The other two are 8 and 17 months. Finally found a job I like and am good at. We were officially done having kids after number 2 but this sudden surprise happened. I am 11 weeks and still can't get excited about this. I just never enjoyed the new born phase and pregnancy. I am also sad about being the old mom in the playground..I know not important but feel embarrassed about having a surprise at 39. Can anyone relate?

Its just 3 months, I joined a company and I am already stressed. I was told that I need to come to office twice a week ( which is 2 hrs away from my home) but now since 3 months I am asked to come thrice a week.
