I have Oracle financials implemented experience but I have been on the IT audit side for several years. I would now like to brush up on my implementation skills. I would like to do this outside of my company. Any advice on where to find formal training?

Is there anyone who has a contact at the Wall Street journal or NY Times or something like that?

I’ve been published for some thoughts on cybersecurity, but it’s was in a smaller IT Magazine. I’m trying to find the best way to take it to the next step for a freelance writing side opportunity. The writing is very separate from anything I’ve worked on in the Big4 or other consulting firms.. more about cybersecurity overall and the future, regulation, etc.

Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?

So...I started my own company in 2018. Things went off like a ROCKET. Its a small Remodeling company and we specialize in higher end bathrooms and kitchens etc. I love working with my hands. I’m a junior and I have the opportunity to join the employment and benefits group as a specialist. The alternative is VC/M&A.
